Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and accounting records.
• Prepare and process vendor bills, customer invoices, and payments.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain project\-wise costing and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
• Verify purchase orders, work orders, and contractor bills.
