• *About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Accountant Manager to lead and oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance activities, and accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, maintaining statutory compliance, managing accounting processes, and supporting management with financial insights to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and oversee the day\-to\-day accounting and financial operations of the company.
• Lead the accounting team and ensure timely completion of all accounting activities.
• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, management reports, and financial analysis reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities for cost control and process improvements.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
• Monitor financial risks and recommend corrective actions when required.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision\-making.
• Train, mentor, and supervise accounting team members to improve performance and productivity.

• *Qualifications**

Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications

• M.Com (Master of Commerce)
• MBA Finance
• ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
• CMA (Cost and Management Accountant)
• CA (Chartered Accountant)

• *Required Experience**

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Leader, Assistant Manager, Accounting Manager, or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial Accounting
• GST Compliance
• Income Tax
• TDS and Statutory Regulations
• Financial Reporting
• Budgeting \& Forecasting
• Cash Flow Management
• MIS Reporting
• Audit Management
• Internal Controls
• Cost Control and Profitability Analysis
• Experience in the Electronics Retail Industry will be an added advantage.

• *Technical Skills**

• Proficiency in Odoo ERP (preferred).
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books and other Zoho applications will be an added advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial dashboards and management reports.
