Accountant

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented Accountant to manage day\-to\-day financial operations, bookkeeping, compliance, invoicing, and payment processes.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day bookkeeping and accounting entries
• Generate invoices and coordinate follow\-ups with clients
• Process vendor payments and contractor payouts
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records
• Support GST filing preparation and TDS compliance
• Track expenses and process reimbursements
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for audits and statutory filings

• *Requirements**

• B.Com or equivalent degree in Commerce/Accounting

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting tools
• Familiarity with international invoicing and USD payments
• Basic knowledge of payroll processing
• CA Inter / CMA pursuing or completed
• Prior experience in a startup or consulting environment

• *Work Schedule**

• Monday to Friday – In\-office
• 1st \& 3rd Saturdays Working
• 2nd \& 4th Saturdays Off
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST

• *Additional Information**

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Mumbai\-based candidates only
• 3\-8 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian tax compliance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be based in Mumbai and able to commute to Andheri East
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹650,000\.00 per year
