Accountant

Perfect Industries is looking for a detail\-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, GST compliance, billing, and inventory\-related activities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle daily accounting transactions and sales and purchase voucher entries using Tally Prime.
• Generate invoices, GST invoices, and E\-Way bills.
• Handle GST return preparation and filing, including GSTR\-1 and GSTR\-3B.
• Maintain daily stock movement records and update ledger entries.
• Track client receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Use MS Excel for maintaining records, reconciliations, and basic reports.
• Manage professional email correspondence with clients, vendors, and management regarding payments, orders, and routine business matters.
• Ensure timely completion of accounting activities and compliance\-related documentation.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• Minimum 1\.5–2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Mandatory hands\-on working knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Practical experience in GST return filing is mandatory.
• Knowledge of GST invoicing, E\-Way bill generation, and basic taxation procedures.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• B.Com, BBA, or a relevant commerce background would be preferred.
