• *Job Description**

We are looking for a responsible and detail\-oriented Accountant with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and taxation. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally Prime, GST and TDS compliance, along with good client\-handling and communication skills.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

\* Maintain day\-to\-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.

\* Handle sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries in Tally Prime.

\* Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals and other accounting records.

\* Handle GST registration, return filing (GSTR\-1 and GSTR\-3B) and related compliance.

\* Assist with TDS calculations, payments and quarterly return filing.

\* Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.

\* Maintain and monitor petty cash transactions.

\* Handle client communication, follow\-ups and documentation.

\* Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.

\* Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

\* Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and compliance activities.

• *Required Qualifications:**

\* B.Com or equivalent degree in Commerce/Accounting.

\* 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.

\* Practical knowledge of Tally Prime.

\* Basic to good knowledge of GST and TDS filing.

\* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting principles.

\* Good communication and client\-handling skills.

\* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
