Job Description
We are looking for an experienced **Finance \& Accounts Manager** to manage and oversee all accounting, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliation activities of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands\-on experience in GST and taxation, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic business environment.
Candidates with **MBA (Finance)** qualifications and prior experience in a **CA Firm** will be highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting \& Finance
- Manage complete accounting operations of the company.
- Maintain books of accounts and financial records accurately.
- Prepare and analyze Profit \& Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports.
- Handle month\-end and year\-end closing activities.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
Taxation \& Compliance
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B, Annual Returns, etc.).
- Handle TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and taxation laws.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
Reconciliation \& Reporting
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Conduct GST, Vendor, Customer, and Ledger Reconciliations.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Generate financial reports and management dashboards.
Business Operations Support
- Assist management with financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
- Adapt to changing business requirements and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in Finance \& Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of **Tally is mandatory**.
- **Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory**, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF Functions
- Data Validation
- Conditional Formatting
- Dashboard \& MIS Report Preparation
- Financial Data Analysis
- Hands\-on experience in:
- GST Filing \& Compliance
- TDS Compliance
- Income Tax
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, B.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience working in a CA Firm will be highly preferred.
- Experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Trading, or Supply Chain businesses will be an added advantage.
- Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, and financial management tools.
