ACCOUNTANT / SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Fine Vibes Group is looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented Accountant / Senior Accountant to manage day\-to\-day accounting, financial transactions, statutory compliances, vendor payments, and financial reporting across our group companies.

The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally, GST, TDS, banking operations, and ERP\-based payment management, with the ability to independently handle accounting functions and maintain strong financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Accounting \& Bookkeeping

\* Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations primarily through Zoho Books.

\* Work on Tally Prime whenever required.

\* Maintain accurate books of accounts for multiple group companies.

\* Handle purchase, sales, expenses, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations.

\* Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit \& loss reports.

2\. ERP\-Based Payment Management

\* Manage vendor, contractor, supplier, and other payments through the company’s ERP software.

\* Verify invoices, purchase orders, supporting documents, and payment requests before processing.

\* Ensure payments are processed according to the company’s approval hierarchy and internal policies.

\* Maintain payment schedules, outstanding reports, and vendor payment records.

\* Coordinate with management and banks for payment execution and reconciliation.

\* Monitor pending payments, advances, and vendor settlements.

3\. GST, TDS \& Statutory Compliance

\* Handle GST reconciliations, GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B, GSTR\-2B, and input tax credit verification.

\* Calculate, deduct, deposit, and reconcile TDS.

\* Coordinate statutory filings, annual audits, and tax assessments with CA and consultants.

\* Ensure timely compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.

4\. Banking \& Financial Management

\* Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.

\* Monitor cash flow, bank balances, receivables, and payables.

\* Maintain loan accounts, interest calculations, and EMI schedules.

\* Coordinate with banks for financial documentation and transactions.

\* Prepare management information system (MIS) reports and monthly financial summaries.

5\. Project \& Group Company Accounting

\* Manage project\-wise accounting and expense tracking for solar EPC and renewable energy projects.

\* Monitor contractor bills, purchase orders, project advances, and vendor outstanding balances.

\* Maintain accounting records for multiple companies within Fine Vibes Group.

\* Assist management with financial analysis, budgeting, and cost monitoring.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
