About Us

V Chains is a jewellery wholesale company with **35 years** of experience in Zaveri Bazaar. We supply chains, kadas, bracelets and sets to retailers and showrooms. We are looking for a reliable Accountant to manage our books and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries in Tally
• Maintain cash book, bank book and party\-wise ledgers; do bank reconciliation
• Maintain gold and (fine weight) accounts and reconcile metal and stock records
• Track metal issued to and received from karigars, including labour
• Follow up on outstanding payments and prepare ageing reports
• handle \-invoicing
• Handle payment and return
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and coordinate with our CA for audit, finalisation and ITR

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter or equivalent is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of **Tally Prime / ERP 9**, **GST** and **TDS**
• Good MS Excel skills
• Experience in jewellery,
• Good communication in Hindi and English (Gujarati/Marathi is a plus)
• Honest, detail\-oriented and able to meet deadlines
