Accountant

We are looking for a detail\-oriented Accountant to manage our day\-to\-day financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with Tally, GST, TDS, payroll, and financial reporting.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP.
• Record daily financial transactions and bank entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
• Process employee payroll and reimbursements.
• Generate invoices and follow up on receivables.
• Manage accounts payable and vendor payments.
• Prepare monthly P\&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, and banks.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Hands\-on experience with **Tally Prime** (ERP knowledge is a plus).
• Good understanding of **GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance**.
• Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)**.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.

• *Qualifications**

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (Preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Experience working in startups or multiple companies.
• Knowledge of Zoho Books, Busy, or other accounting software.
• Basic understanding of budgeting and financial analysis.
