Job Description

The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for supporting the financial team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in budget preparation and forecasting. The Accounting Analyst will also collaborate with other departments to provide insights into financial performance and contribute to the development of financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Support month\-end and year\-end closing processes.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Monitor compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations and accounting standards.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
