TechBlocks is looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive **Accounting \& Finance Executive** to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support day\-to\-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and adherence to statutory requirements. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of finance and accounting functions in a dynamic work environment.**Key Responsibilities****Accounting \& Financial Reporting*** + Record and maintain accurate accounting entries in the general ledger.

+ Assist in month\-end and year\-end closing activities.

+ Prepare and analyze financial reports and management information (MIS).

+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

+ Ensure accuracy of financial records and maintain supporting documentation.

• *Taxation \& Compliance*** + Assist in the preparation and filing of TDS returns and GST returns.

+ Support Form 16 generation and quarterly TDS compliance.

+ Prepare reconciliation statements and working papers for tax filings.

+ Assist during statutory, tax by providing required documentation.

• *Bookkeeping \& Reconciliation*** + Process day\-to\-day accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

+ Perform vendor, customer, bank, and credit card reconciliations.

• *Required Qualifications*** + B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.

+ 1–3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.

+ Sound understanding of accounting principles.

+ Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

+ Working knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting software will be an added advantage.
