Accounting / Finance Specialist

We are looking for a motivated **Finance Specialist** to support our finance team with day\-to\-day financial operations, analysis, and reporting. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands\-on experience in corporate finance and financial analysis.

• *Eligibility :**

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred for experienced candidates).
• Basic understanding of payroll and accounting principles (freshers)t experience.
• **Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software (tally).**
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• **Effective communication and interpersonal skills.**
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• *Responsibilities :**

• Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Verifying attendance data with excel and biometric records on weekly basis and resolve the inaccuracy between them.
• Address employee inquiries related to payroll compliance, tax deductions, and wage issues. Analyse payroll data to identify trends or discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding payroll like PF, PT, ESIC, MLWF including employee registration and deletion and accounting practices.
• Preparation of Periodical GST Returns such as GSTR \-3B, GSTR \-1 and closely work with CA
• Reconciliation of GSTR \-2A V/s Books of Accounts.
• Working on quarterly filing for 24Q \& 26Q and file the return within deadline
• Reporting to Senior team members on a timely basis.

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
