Accounts and Finance Manager

• *Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced Accounts \& Finance Manager to oversee the company's overall accounting, finance, taxation and statutory compliance functions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting, financial reporting and book closure.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivables and vendor payments.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, financial planning and cost control.
• Monitor inventory accounting, gold and diamond reconciliation.
• Handle manufacturing costing, job\-work accounting and WIP reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements for management.
• Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits and banking activities.
• Lead and supervise the accounts team.
• Ensure financial discipline and effective internal controls.

• *Qualification:** CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA Finance / B.Com with relevant experience.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial management.
• Hands\-on experience with Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
• Experience in jewellery manufacturing, jewellery retail or manufacturing industries preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership and problem\-solving skills.
