• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• *Financial Operations \& Accounting**

• **Core Accounting:** Oversee daily accounting, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• **Financial Closure:** Drive seamless monthly and annual financial book closures.
• **Asset \& Capital Management:** Maintain accurate fixed asset records, monitor CAPEX, and ensure proper capitalization and depreciation.
• **Trade \& Exports:** Oversee export accounting, foreign\-currency transactions, and associated banking documentation.

• *Manufacturing \& Inventory Costing**

• **Cost Accounting:** Lead manufacturing costing workflows covering materials, labor, overheads, conversion costs, and product costing.
• **Variance Analysis:** Identify and evaluate production variances to control costs.
• **Inventory Control:** Monitor inventory accounting across raw materials, WIP, finished goods, consumables, and spares.
• **Stock Verification:** Coordinate physical stock checks and resolve any identified variances.

• *Treasury \& Working Capital**

• **Cash Management:** Prepare and monitor routine cash\-flow forecasts and support treasury operations.
• **Working Capital Optimization:** Manage vendor payouts, customer invoicing, collections, aging metrics, and account reconciliations.

• *Compliance, Audits \& Controls**

• **Statutory Compliance:** Ensure timely execution, documentation, and reconciliation of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI.
• **Audit Coordination:** Direct statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing schedules, answering queries, and resolving observations.
• **Internal Controls:** Strengthen financial control systems, approval matrices, and overall accounting discipline.

• *FP\&A and Cross\-Functional Partnership**

• **Reporting:** Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, management reports, and variance commentary.
• **Budgeting \& Forecasting:** Support annual budgeting cycles, forecasting tasks, and CAPEX planning.
• **Plant Collaboration:** Partner with Production, Procurement, Stores, Quality, Commercial, and Plant teams to maximize process efficiency and cost control.

• *Required Skills \& Competencies**

• **Domain Expertise:** Deep understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory controls, and variance metrics.
• **Taxation \& Compliance:** Solid grip on GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other local statutory regulations.
• **Systems Proficiency:** Strong advanced Excel capabilities combined with practical ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
• **Analytical Skills:** Sharp mindset focused on finding cost leakages, process gaps, and financial optimization opportunities.
• **Soft Skills:** High level of integrity, strict attention to detail, strong ownership, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

• *Experience Profile**

• **Duration:** 12 to 15 years of relevant Finance \& Accounts experience (with a baseline requirement of 8\+ years of core experience).
• **Industry Sector:** Substantial background in a manufacturing environment; experience in precision engineering, automotive, industrial, or defense sectors is highly preferred.
• **Operations Scale:** Prior exposure to CAPEX\-heavy plants, facility expansions, or export/forex transactions is an advantage.
• **Leadership:** Proven track record or capability to lead and mentor a small Finance \& Accounts team.

• *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

• **Timeliness:** Execution of swift monthly financial closures and accurate MIS generation.
• **Control:** Effective management of manufacturing costs, inventory levels, and working capital.
• **Compliance:** Zero\-lag statutory filings and clean, swift audit closures.
• **Discipline:** Adherence to budgets, forecasts, CAPEX parameters, and cash\-flow models.
• **Improvement:** Measurable strengthening of internal financial controls and continuous workflow optimization.

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
