Job Description

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum **3 years of experience** in accounting.
  • Proficiency in **Zoho Books** or **Tally ERP/Tally Prime**.
  • Must have hands\-on experience in **GST filing**.
  • Must be able to perform **TDS calculations** and ensure timely compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day\-to\-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
  • Prepare purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, creditors, and debtors.
  • Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
  • Calculate TDS and assist with TDS return filings.
  • Process vendor invoices and customer billing.
  • Maintain stock and inventory records in coordination with the operations team.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist in financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with auditors, CA, and management for statutory compliance.
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial records.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 per month
