Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support our daily accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in bookkeeping, invoice processing, account reconciliation, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
• Record daily financial transactions and update ledgers.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
• Maintain records of receivables and payables.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Organize and maintain invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Support audit processes by providing required documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with month\-end and year\-end closing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in Trading or Manufacturing companies preferred.
• Proficiency in Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, or Odoo.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Strong organizational and time\-management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates residing in Ernakulam or within 40 km of Kadavanthra.
• Ability to join immediately will be an added advantage.
