Accounts executive

Alencure Biotech is looking for a detail\-oriented and experienced **Accounts Executive** with 3–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting processes and hands\-on experience with **Tally ERP and Marg ERP**.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Manage billing, invoice preparation, and verification of vendor invoices.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and perform regular account reconciliation.
• Handle collection follow\-ups and maintain payment records.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and other accounting records.
• Assist in GST\-related documentation, TDS compliance, and tax filings.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers regarding accounting matters.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with company policies.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant field.
• 3–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Practical knowledge of **Tally ERP and Marg ERP is mandatory**.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic taxation.
• Experience in billing, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, and accounts management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
