Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for our Tiles \& Marble Trading Company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory\-related accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.
• Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B) and GST reconciliations.
• Handle TDS deduction, payment, and return filing.
• Manage PF, ESI, and Professional Tax compliance activities.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Monitor customer collections and vendor payments.
• Maintain inventory and stock accounting records.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and compliance documents.
• Assist management with financial analysis and reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
• Experience in Trading Industry accounting preferred.
• Hands\-on experience with Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
• Good knowledge of inventory and stock accounting.
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS Reporting).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in Tiles, Marble, Building Materials, Trading, or Distribution industry preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
