Accounts Executive

• *Key responsibilities:**

• Accounting \& bookkeeping Maintain complete, accurate and up\-to\-date books of accounts for all group entities in Tally
• Record day\-to\-day entries: sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals and expenses
• Prepare bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny and monthly closing of books Keep vouchers, bills and supporting documents properly filed and audit\-ready
• Coordinate with the external CA for GST, TDS, returns and audits Invoicing, purchase \& payments
• Raise invoices and track receivables, follow up on pending payments
• Process purchase orders, vendor bills and vendor payments.

• Track expenses and maintain basic MIS on cash flow, payables and receivables for management
• Banking \& cash Coordinate with banks for day\-to\-day requirements: deposits, cheques, payments, statements and documentation
• Prepare, issue and deposit cheques; maintain cheque and payment registers
• Manage petty cash and keep it reconciled Admin \& execution
• Handle finance\-related errands and field runs (bank visits, deliveries, document submissions)
• Support general admin and coordination across the group's projects as needed
• Follow through on tasks to completion with minimal supervision

• *What we're looking for**

• B.Com graduate with 3–4 years of hands\-on accounting experience
• **Very strong command of bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals — this is non negotiable**
• Proficient in Tally (Tally Prime preferred) and comfortable with MS Excel Working knowledge of GST, TDS and banking procedures
• Organised, detail\-oriented and dependable with documentation
• Willing to take on errands, bank visits and admin tasks as part of the role
• Experience with real estate, retail or small multi\-business setups is a plus

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
