Accounts Executive - Jewellery Industry

• *Job Summary**

Grown Diamond India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced **Accounts Assistant** with a strong background in the **Jewellery / Diamond industry**. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in **Tally**, Jewellery ERP, **Jewellery Stock Accounting**, Inventory Reconciliation, and day\-to\-day accounting operations. **Key Responsibilities*** Manage day\-to\-day accounting transactions in **Tally Prime / ERP (Diamtrade preferred)**.

• Maintain and reconcile **jewellery stock records**, including inward, outward, and inventory movements.
• Perform stock verification and stock\-account reconciliation.
• Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
• Prepare and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of gold, diamond, and jewellery inventory transactions.
• Handle GST\-related accounting entries and documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports, outstanding reports, and stock reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for inventory and accounting data.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and inventory records.
• Assist in month\-end and year\-end accounting closures.

• *Candidate Profile*** **B.Com / M.Com**
• **Minimum 4 years of experience in the Jewellery or Diamond Industry**
• Strong experience in **Tally Prime / ERP (Diamtrade preferred)**
• Hands\-on experience in **Jewellery Stock Accounting and Inventory Reconciliation**
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and banking transactions
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

• *Preferred Experience*** Exposure to the Diamond Industry, preferably **BDB or SEEPZ**
• Knowledge of ERP software ( **Diamtrade ERP preferred)**
• Gold \& Diamond Inventory Accounting
• Stock Reconciliation \& Stock Audits
