Accounts Executive (Min 4yrs+)

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting standards.
• Manage **accounts receivable and accounts payable**, including customer collections, vendor payments, outstanding balances, and payment follow\-ups.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision\-making.
• Oversee day\-to\-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities for audits and compliance matters.
• Track receivables and payables, ensure timely settlements, and maintain accurate records of outstanding payments.
• Contribute to the development of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to management to support informed decision\-making.

• *Qualifications and Requirements :**

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master degree preferred.
• 6 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
• In\-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• *Experience in eCommerce industry preferred.**

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
