Accounts Executive-Palladam

• *Job Description**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible **Accounts Executive** to join our team at **Palladam**. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, financial transactions, GST, Tally and day\-to\-day accounting operations.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, reconciling accounts and supporting the finance team in daily accounting activities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain day\-to\-day accounting transactions and financial records.
• Handle sales and purchase entries in Tally / accounting software.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills and vouchers.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain GST\-related records and assist with GST returns.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting\-related activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS and taxation.
• Knowledge of accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile residing in Palladam or nearby areas are preferred.**

• Experience in manufacturing or textile industry accounting will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.
