Accounts Executive-Pharma Industry

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with 6–9 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry to manage accounting operations, vendor management, taxation, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, financial reporting, vendor payments, and accounting documentation, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial closing.
• Handle vendor management, invoice verification, vendor reconciliations, payment processing, and coordination with Purchase and Stores departments.
• Manage taxation activities, including GST returns, input tax credit reconciliation, TDS deductions, payments, and quarterly return filings.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory compliance and maintain accurate accounting and tax records.
• Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors and provide the required financial documents and supporting schedules.
• Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, accounts payable reports, and other financial reports as required by management.
• Maintain accurate accounting records for pharmaceutical purchases, raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other operational expenses.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and accounting\-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable taxation and statutory requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

The candidate must have 6–9 years of experience in Accounts and Finance, with prior pharmaceutical industry experience being mandatory. Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, vendor management, and statutory compliance is essential. The candidate should be proficient in accounting ERP software such as Tally, SAP, or Zoho Books, along with MS Excel and financial reporting.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
