• *Accounts Executive**

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a **Accounts Executive**. The ideal candidate should have good practical understanding of accounting principles, financial transactions, reconciliations, and statutory requirements. **SAP knowledge is an advantage.**

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, journal entries, and other accounting records.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders regarding accounting\-related matters
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and MIS as required.
• Verify bills, invoices, expenses, and supporting documents before processing. Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up as required.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents and information.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
• Support management with financial analysis and other accounting\-related requirements.
• All Other Important Assignments given by Management

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field**.
• Immediate joiner
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong understanding of **accounting principles and financial processes**.
• Good working knowledge of **MS Excel** and accounting software.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory accounting requirements.
