Accounts Executive

• *Position Overview**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented **Accounts Executive** with proficiency in Tally Prime and strong documentation skills to manage day\-to\-day accounting activities, including financial record maintenance, billing, invoicing, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, and preferably CA Articleship or relevant accounting experience.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Record financial transactions and maintain ledgers in Tally Prime.
• Maintain monthly accounting reports and financial documentation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, track invoices and payments, and monitor outstanding dues.
• Prepare and maintain payment vouchers, bills, and invoices.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in the preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns.
• Coordinate with banks and other financial institutions regarding banking transactions and account\-related matters.

• *Qualifications \& Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 2\+ years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Expert level working knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Advanced MS Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and numerical accuracy in managing confidential financial records.
• Familiarity with billing, invoicing, and day\-to\-day accounting operations.
• Willingness to learn and support the organization's operational function (accounts administration).
• Candidates with CA Articleship or relevant accounting experience will be preferred.
