• *About the Role**

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of experience to handle day\-to\-day accounting, billing, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail\-oriented, good with numbers, and comfortable working with accounting software and MS Excel.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage daily accounting entries, vouchers, and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash/bank books.
• Assist in GST filing, TDS deductions, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for payment follow\-ups.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense summaries, and aging reports.
• Support in audit preparation and documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all financial transactions.

• *Requirements**

• **Experience:** 1–2 years of experience in accounts, billing, or finance (preferably in an F\&B, hospitality, or services company).
• **Qualification:** B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• **Technical Skills:**
• Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime (preferred).
• Strong command of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reports).
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• **Language:** Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• **Salary Range:** ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
