Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled individual with strong communication abilities and accounting knowledge to manage a diverse range of tasks, including accounts and finance. The Accounting and Financial Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the financial stability and regulatory compliance of the company. This position requires a proactive and organized professional who can handle the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Management: Maintain and update financial records, including but not limited to Tally, MIS, Cash Flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Taxation: Handle TDS, GST, and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports and statements as required by management.
• Legal Affairs: Assist in the drafting and management of legal documents such as agreements, NDAs, and MoUs.
• Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with various teams to create financial proposals for clients.
• Income Tax Return: Ensure the timely filing of income tax returns for the company and employees.
• Compliance: Stay updated on financial and legal compliance requirements and ensure the company adheres to them.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Tally, and financial management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Knowledge of tax laws, GST, TDS, and compliance regulations is a plus.
