Accounts Executive

• *We're Hiring \| Accounts Executive \| Indore**

• *We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with a background in the Trading/ Manufaturing/Import export/logistics/Accounting or CA Firms/Oil \& Gas industry to join a growing organization based in Indore.**

• *Location: Indore**

• *Experience: 4–5 Years**

• *Preferred Industry: Trading / Oil \& Gas/Manufacturing/Logistics/Import Export**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *Oversee day\-to\-day accounting operations and support team management**

• *Finalization of Balance Sheet and Profit \& Loss Accounts**

• *Manage bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations**

• *Supervise invoicing, debit/credit notes, and vendor payments**

• *Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis using Advanced Excel**

• *Ensure accurate accounting entries and financial records in Tally Prime**

• *Coordinate with auditors and management for financial planning, compliance, and reporting**

• *Required Skills:**

• *Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting**

• *Hands\-on experience with Tally Prime and Advanced Excel**

• *Good understanding of statutory compliance and reconciliations**

• *Excellent analytical and organizational skills**
