Archohm is a leading architecture and design firm seeking an experienced Finance Head to oversee financial management, strategy, and operations.
We're looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial functions, ensure fiscal responsibility, and drive business growth. The Finance Head will develop and implement financial strategies, manage financial planning, and provide guidance on financial decisions.
\- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
\- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations.
\- Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, P\&L, Cash Flow).
\- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
\- Oversee accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger.
\- Manage cash flow, treasury, and funding strategies.
\- Monitor project costs, revenues, and profitability.
\- Implement cost\-saving initiatives and optimize resource allocation.
\- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
\- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
\- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
\- Mentor staff and provide training and guidance.
\- Participate in firm\-wide strategic planning and decision\-making.
\- Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth.
1\. Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2\. Experience: 5\+ years in finance leadership roles, preferably in architecture, engineering, or professional services.
3\. Certifications: CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent.
\- Financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
\- Financial reporting, compliance, and governance.
\- Leadership, team management, and communication.
\- Strategic thinking and problem\-solving.
\- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
\- Familiarity with architecture and design industry financial dynamics.
