Accounts & Finance Head

\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\*

\- Manage overall accounting, finance operations, and financial reporting.

\- Oversee finalization of accounts, balance sheets, and P\&L statements.

\- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

\- Manage budgeting, cash flow, audits, and financial planning.

\- Supervise the accounts team and ensure accurate financial records.

\- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and management.

\- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and working capital.

\- 10–15 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.

\- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

\- Experience in team management, financial reporting, and audits.

\- Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
