Accounts & Finance Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial statements, and MIS reports.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and expenses.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain accurate accounts, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Monitor customer collections and vendor payments.
• Manage banking activities and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks.
• Analyse financial data and provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Support management in cost control and improving profitability.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CMA / MBA Finance will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

• *Experience**

• **8–12 years** of relevant experience in Finance \& Accounts.

Pay: ₹65,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
