Accounts & Finance Manager

• *Job Summary:**

The Accounts Manager (Projection\-Oriented) will be responsible for managing financial accounts, preparing financial projections, budgeting, and analyzing financial performance. The role focuses on forecasting future financial outcomes, monitoring cash flow, and supporting management in strategic financial planning.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare **financial projections, budgets, and forecasts** for the organization.
• Monitor and analyze **company revenue, expenses, and profitability trends**.
• Prepare **monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports**.
• Manage **accounts payable and receivable**.
• Oversee **cash flow planning and financial planning activities**.
• Ensure **compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements**.
• Coordinate with auditors for **internal and external audits**.
• Analyze financial data to identify **risks, opportunities, and cost\-saving measures**.
• Provide **financial insights and recommendations** to management for business decisions.
• Track **project\-wise financial performance and projections**.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, or Commerce** (CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in **accounts, finance, and financial planning**.
• Strong knowledge of **financial forecasting, budgeting, and MIS reporting**.
• Experience with **Tally, ERP systems, and Excel**.
