The Accounts \& Finance Manager will lead the Accounts Department and be responsible for financial accounting, statutory compliance, reporting, audits, cash flow management, and Accounts Payable operations. The role requires both managerial oversight and hands\-on execution of vendor payments and accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Accounts \& Finance function.
Oversee Accounts Payable, including invoice verification, vendor reconciliations, and timely payments.
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely closure of accounts.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and cash flow reports.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Manage banking transactions and working capital requirements.
Supervise and develop the accounts team.
Qualifications \& Experience
B. Com / M. Com / CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance.
8\+ years of experience in Finance \& Accounts, including team management.
Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, taxation, audits, and financial reporting.
