Accounts & Finance Manager

• *Job description : Finance Manager**

• **Financial Management:** Maintain accurate financial records (general ledger, AP, AR), prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• **Compliance \& Reporting:** Ensure compliance with all tax regulations (GST, Income Tax, TDS) and coordinate with external auditors.
• **Financial Planning \& Analysis**: Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business decisions.
• **Internal Controls:** Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls.
• **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor the finance team, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
• **Process Improvement:** Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
• **Software Proficiency**: Utilize accounting software (e.g., Tally) and other financial systems effectively.

• *Required Candidate profile**

• Proven experience in finance management, preferably within the tech or cloud industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• In\-depth knowledge of GST, Income Tax Act, and TDS.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Tally).
• Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to confidentiality.
• Strong leadership \& team management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to set \& meet team goals.

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Accounting certifications (CA, CPA, CMA).
• Experience with cloud\-based financial systems.
• Understanding of cloud computing business models.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹200,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
