Partnered with national frameworks like the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), the Trust bridges the gap between education and employability by providing hands\-on digital training, career counseling, and job placement support across various centers in Mumbai

• *Position**: Accounts Head

• *Qualifications:** Candidates should possess the skills and competencies required to perform the role effectively

Job Responsibilities

• Excellent knowledge of preparation of annual budget, final accounts and groupings based on cost centre
• familiar in operating the accounts in tally
• proper scrutiny of general ledger and timely amendments
• monitoring cash and bank balances and timely action for investment of surplus funds
• daily check on payments including maintaining bills and approvals
• supervision of day\-to\-day accounting entries and bank reco.
• through knowledge of legal and financial submissions required to be made by a trust to charitable commissioner, IT authorities etc
• conversant with FCRA rules and preparation of FCRA accounts
• UpToDate understanding of TDS matters and GST including filing timely returns
• payroll and stores management
• coordination with auditors for finalisation of accounts, submission of utilisation certificates to CSR Donors.

• *Work Details**

· **Reporting Location:** **Mumbai Suburban**

· **Working Hours:** 11:00 TO 06:00

· **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday

· **Weekly Off:** All Sundays

· **Holidays:** Public holidays as declared by the organization \& 12 Leave’s per year
