Job Description

Rainbow Child Development Center is looking for a responsible and organized **Accounts \& HR Executive** to manage day\-to\-day accounting, financial records, payroll, and basic recruitment activities.

The role involves routine administrative and financial work with a manageable workload in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounts, income, expenses, and financial records.
• Manage monthly payroll, salary calculations, and employee attendance.
• Handle bank statements, bank reconciliation, and payment records.
• Track student/therapy fees, generate receipts, and follow up on pending payments.
• Maintain bills, invoices, petty cash, and expense reports.
• Post job vacancies on Indeed and other platforms, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain employee records, joining documents, and basic HR paperwork.
• Coordinate with the CA for accounting and compliance\-related requirements.

Requirements

• BCom, BBA or any other related educational field with basic accounting and technical knowledge.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheet and Tally.
• Basic understanding of payroll and recruitment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Honest, reliable, detail\-oriented, and able to work independently.
