Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to handle end\-to\-end accounting and finance operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Handle bank reconciliations and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Manage GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Ensure timely month\-end and year\-end closing.
• Maintain financial documentation and internal controls.
• Lead the accounts team and support management with financial analysis.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; M.Com/CA Inter is an added advantage.
• 6\-10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Hands\-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Good analytical, organizational, and team management skills.
