\#\#\# Qualification \& Experience

\- \*Chartered Accountant (CA):\* Freshers are welcome to apply.

\- \*CA Dropout / CA Inter:\* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a manufacturing company.

\#\#\# Key Responsibilities

\- Manage day\-to\-day accounting and financial operations.

\- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly accounts.

\- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

\- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

\- Manage inventory accounting, product costing, and manufacturing expenses.

\- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and working capital requirements.

\- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

\- Supervise the accounting team and maintain accurate financial records.

\#\#\# Required Skills

\- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

\- Experience with Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

\- Understanding of manufacturing accounting, inventory management, and cost control.

\- Good analytical, communication, and team management skills.
