Accounts Manager

Job Description

• *Department:** Accounts \& Finance
• *Location:** Project Site
• *Reporting To:** Finance Head / General Manager – Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all accounting and financial activities at the project site.
• Monitor site expenses, budgets, cash flow, and fund utilization.
• Review and approve vendor bills, contractor invoices, and payment requests.
• Ensure timely processing of payments, advances, and expense reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, material purchases, and site expenditures.
• Coordinate with the Head Office for accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, labor laws, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, project cost reports, and budget variance analyses.
• Conduct periodic reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and project ledgers.
• Manage audits and provide necessary documentation to internal and external auditors.
• Supervise and guide site accountants and accounts staff.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial discrepancies.

Qualifications

• B.Com/M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, GST, TDS, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling multiple real estate projects.
• Strong vendor and contractor payment management.
• Ability to work independently at project sites and coordinate with corporate finance teams.
• Knowledge of project costing and financial planning.

Pay: ₹15,421\.15 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
