Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong financial management skills and the ability to lead the accounts function effectively.

Key Responsibilities

\* Manage day\-to\-day accounting and financial operations.

\* Supervise accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.

\* Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.

\* Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and financial performance.

\* Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and applicable statutory requirements.

\* Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.

\* Oversee bank reconciliations, month\-end closing, and year\-end accounts.

\* Guide the accounts team and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Requirements

\* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; professional qualifications are an advantage.

\* Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting experience.

\* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

\* Proficiency in Tally or other accounting/ERP software and advanced Excel.

\* Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem\-solving skills.

\* Ability to manage deadlines and maintain financial accuracy.
