• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Sr. Accounts Manager** to lead the finance and accounts function for a reputed real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, statutory compliance, reporting, and managing the accounts while ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Oversee day\-to\-day accounting operations and ensure timely book closures.
• Manage **GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances**.
• Prepare and review **MIS reports, financial statements, and cash flow reports**.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support management with financial analysis and business decision\-making.

• *Requirements**

• CA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• **6–12\+ years** of experience in Accounts \& Finance, preferably in the **Real Estate** industry.
• Strong knowledge of **GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliances, and financial reporting**.
• Proficiency in **Tally ERP, ERP systems, and MS Excel**.
• Experience in team handling and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• *Preferred Profile**

• Experience working with reputed real estate developers.
• Knowledge of project accounting, land transactions, and real estate financial processes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹72,000\.00 per month
