Accounts Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
• Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance, providing recommendations to management.
• Maintain inventory accounting and reconcile stock with finance records.
• Implement and improve accounting controls, SOPs, and internal audit processes.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team while ensuring timely completion of all financial activities.

• *Qualifications \& Skills**

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
• **12–15 years** of relevant accounting and finance experience, with at least **5 years in a managerial role**.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.
• Hands\-on experience with **Tally Prime** (ERP knowledge such as Zoho Books, SAP, or similar is an added advantage).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
