Accounts Manager

• *Job Description**

· Financial Control \& Budgeting

· Revenue reconciliation and finalization of accounts of group of entities

· Preparation of Monthly, quarterly and annual MIS Reporting, Budget and Variance analysis

· Cash flow forecasting, monitoring and optimum utilisation of funds

· Responsible for statutory compliance in relation to Income Tax, GST, TDS and ROC

· Compile documents and coordinate with internal team and represent in response to the assessment in relation to Income Tax, GST and TDS

· Handling Statutory audit, Income Tax Audit, GST Audit and Internal Audit

· Tax planning, financial analysis and supervising the implementation of accounting system

· Handle and manage a team of accountants who perform the daily accounting task

· Reviewing day to day accounting and conducting ledger scrutiny at regular intervals

· Develop and document effective business process and accounting policies to maintain effective internal controls

· Monitor financial indicators, identify potential risks, and implement risk management procedures

· Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision\-making

· Stay updated on accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory changes

· Be responsible for continued education for team members

• *Required Candidate Profile**

· Qualified Chartered Accountant, with 2\-3 years post qualification experience

· Knowledge of Accounting standards

· Experience in Corporate Tax

· Excellent communication, coordination and analytical skill

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with the larger team

· Planning and Organizing skills

· Ability to work flexibly (with tact and diplomacy)

· Excellent knowledge of MS office, accounting \& tax software

· Positive attitude and flexible

· Sense of responsibility, initiative and high quality work standard

· Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹120,000\.00 per month
