Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail\-oriented Accounts Manager with strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands\-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime. The candidate will be responsible for managing day\-to\-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, handling GST compliance, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate financial management of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime / Tally ERP
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and maintain cash and bank accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, profit \& loss reports, and balance sheets.
• Monitor invoices, expenses, outstanding payments, and collections.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and tax consultants.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Manage and supervise the accounts team, if required.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
• 1\-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9\.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation.
• Experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with practical experience in handling complete company accounts.
• Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
