Accounts Manager

• *Job Overview**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and experienced **Accounts Manager** to lead our accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, compliance, payroll, and statutory requirements, while ensuring accuracy and timely financial management. Experience in the **medical/healthcare industry** and handling **government procurement\-related accounting** will be an added advantage.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and government authorities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely statutory filings.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
• Verify vendor bills, customer invoices, purchase entries, and payment schedules.
• Support accounting related to Government Tenders, GeM Portal transactions, and contract documentation.
• Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls and documentation systems.

• *Candidate Requirements**

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum **5 years** of relevant experience as an Accounts Manager or Senior Accountant.
• Prior experience in the **Medical/Healthcare industry** is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of **GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, and statutory compliance**.
• Proficiency in **Tally Prime/ERP**, MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Preference will be given to candidates educated through **English\-medium institutions**.
• Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
