Accounts Payable Executive

• *Accounts Payable Executive \| Full\-time \| ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month**

• *Shifts:** Morning 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM, or Evening 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Shift timings may vary by 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on business needs.)
• *Work days:** Monday to Saturday
• *Location:** Near Sevashram Circle, Udaipur

• *About the role**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team at Company. You will manage vendor invoices and payments, and keep our records accurate. Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.

• *What you will do**

• Check and process vendor invoices against purchase orders and GRN
• Make vendor payments as per agreed payment terms
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve differences
• Post debit/credit, ledger and journal entries accurately
• Prepare reports in Excel and share updates by email
• Follow company policies and process checklists

• *Required qualifications**

• B.Com. (preferred), M.Com., BBA Finance or MBA Finance
• Basic accounting knowledge: debit/credit, ledger and journal entries
• Excel skills: sorting, filters, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PDF handling
• Basic to good English, with clear written email skills
• Basic computer typing skills
• Willingness to work in either shift
• Ability to pass a background verification

• *Preferred**

• Experience with vendor reconciliation and payment processing
• Understanding of purchase orders, GRN and payment terms
