We’re hiring an experienced **Accounts Payable Executive** to join our team in Ahmedabad.

• *Position:** Accounts Payable Executive

• *Location:** Ambli Road, Ahmedabad

• *Experience**: 1–3 Years

• *Shift:** 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST

• *Work Mode:** Work From Office

• *Employment Type:** Full\-Time

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end US Accounts Payable operations.
• Process vendor invoices and perform 3\-way matching.
• Manage ACH, wire transfers, electronic payments \& checks.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and monitor AP ageing.
• Handle W\-9/W\-8 documentation and payment discrepancies.
• Support month\-end closing and audit activities.
• Coordinate with US\-based vendors and internal teams.

• *What We're Looking For:**

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Hands\-on experience in US Accounts Payable is preferred.
• Knowledge of US accounting practices and tax documentation.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce or similar ERP systems.
• Good communication and MS Excel skills.
