Accounts Receivable Executive

1\. Generate and verify logistics/transport invoices through client portals.

2\. Prepare high value invoices for our Transportation and C\&FA Clients as per agreement and PO.

3\. Reconcile Vendor payments Received or Receivable and resolve billing issues.

4\. Prepare ageing reports and follow up for collections.

5\. Communicate with the clients for outstanding

6\. Invoice entry and adjustment at our ERP
