- Manage company assets and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and correspondence activities.
- Support management with reports and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain schedules.
- *Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities**
- Recruitment and selection of candidates.
- Posting job vacancies on job portals and social media.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with department heads.
- Employee onboarding and induction process.
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Performance appraisal and employee evaluation support.
- Handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Preparing appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and relieving letters.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Managing employee training and development programs.
- Handling employee exit formalities and full \& final settlements.
