Job Summary
The Operations \& Administration Associate is responsible for supporting daily office operations, member services, training coordination, event management, and administrative activities. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth functioning of chapter and regional operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations \& Member Support
- Assist members with operational queries and BNI Connect\-related support.
- Support member onboarding, renewals, and documentation.
- Maintain member records and databases.
- Coordinate with chapter leadership teams and regional offices.
Training \& Event Coordination
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and member events.
- Manage registrations, attendance, and participant communication.
- Support trainers, speakers, and venue arrangements.
- Attend and assist in the execution of training sessions and events.
Administration
- Maintain office records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
- Handle member inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Support management with day\-to\-day administrative activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Customer Service, or Event Coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Working Hours
- Regular office hours.
- Flexibility to attend early morning or late evening meetings/trainings (typically once a week).
Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
